Receive Online Statements

Go paperless to access online statements and stop the printing and delivery of paper statements.

Set Up Online Statements for Checking or Savings Accounts

  1. Sign into City National Online® from a web browser.
  2. From "My Accounts," select "Online Banking."
  3. Select “Customer Service.”
  4. Under Account Maintenance, select "Change document delivery method."
  5. Next to your account(s) in the Delivery Method column, select "Online" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Review and agree to the terms of the Consent to Receive Disclosures Electronically (E-Consent).
  7. Select “Submit.”

You'll now receive online statements and no longer receive paper statements in the mail. Changes may take 1-2 billing cycles to take effect.


Set Up Online Statements for Credit Cards

  1. Sign into City National Online from a web browser.
  2. Select the credit card account name that you would like to receive online statements.
  3. Under “I want to…,” select “Go Paperless.”
  4. Use the toggle to turn on Paperless Enrollment.

You'll now receive online credit card statements and no longer receive paper statements in the mail. Changes may take 1-2 billing cycles to take effect.
