She also discussed her thoughts on adapting to new digital spaces, touching upon City National's transition to digitally enabled relationship banking, as well as the bank's focus on preserving clients' trust. "We absolutely have to protect our clients' identities, their data and their money," Linda said. "If you can't do that, you shouldn't be in banking."
