Michael Speaker and Amy Lerner-Hill Honored as In-House Counsel Finalists

City National's General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel recognized for their noteworthy accomplishments by the Los Angeles Times.

Michael Speaker, executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, and Amy Lerner-Hill, senior vice president and deputy general counsel, were honored as finalists at the Los Angeles Times B2B In-House Counsel Leadership awards. The event, which streamed live on YouTube on July 22, commended in-house legal counsel professionals for their outstanding contributions to their companies, and to their respective communities at large.

They join a list that includes in-house counsel for Snap Inc., Boeing Company, Microsoft and Cedars-Sinai Health System. The pair was recognized in the "large private company" category, holding two of six finalist spots.
