Janet Mello

Janet Mello is a senior vice president and private banker with City National Bank’s private banking team. Based in Reno, NV, she has a proven history of working with clients of significant wealth, specializing in serving the complex needs of wealthy individuals and their families. As a seasoned financial services professional, Ms. Mello has more than 28 years of experience spanning a unique and comprehensive cross section of wealth management, private banking and insurance.

Ms. Mello is a past member of the board of trustees for the Nevada Museum of Art. She is a past board chairman for the Nevada Women’s Fund, and currently serves as a trustee for the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation. 

Ms. Mello currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with Life, Health and Surety insurance licenses. She has also achieved a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.
