Lindsay Dunn is executive vice president and head of Personal & Business Banking (PBB) at City National Bank. In this role, she is responsible for the bank’s business, consumer and preferred banking services, including the branch network. She sits on City National’s Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team.
Lindsay has more than 25 years of banking experience. She joined City National in 2005 as a Relationship Manager in the real estate group, where she rose through the ranks, culminating in 2021 with her appointment as executive vice president of Commercial Real Estate Banking. She became head of PBB in 2026.
Lindsay began her banking career in 2001 at Union Bank of California, where she started with the Corporate Banking division before transitioning to the Real Estate Industries Group. She is a graduate of Union Bank’s management training credit program.
Lindsay has received numerous industry accolades, including being named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's “Women of Influence: Finance” list in 2022 and 2025, as well as its 2021 “Leaders of Influence: Lenders” list. She has also been recognized as one of Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing's “Commercial Real Estate Visionaries” in 2024 and 2025, and was included in the “Top Teams” of American Banker's 2021 “Most Powerful Women in Banking” list alongside other City National executives.
Lindsay serves on the boards of RBC Community Investments, RBC Real Estate Capital Corp., and California Science Center Foundation. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable.
Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
