Wire Transfer Instructions

Refer to the wire transfer instructions and information below when you need to send funds or provide instructions to originating banks and other senders who may be transferring funds to your City National account.

Incoming Wire in U.S. Dollars

To minimize delays in crediting incoming funds to your City National account, please provide the following information to the individual or business that is initiating the wire:

  • For Domestic Wires: Wire Routing Transit Number (RTN/ABA) 122016066
  • For International: SWIFT/BIC code {{swift_code}}
  • Bank name: City National Bank
  • City, State: Los Angeles, CA (regardless of where your account is located)
  • Beneficiary name and account no.: Name of account (as it shows on your bank statement), address, full account number
