Your new Wholesale Lockbox Service provides you with significant advantages over the old system:

•One Daily Deposit – Eliminates batch-by-batch deposits and saves you money and time.
•New Dashboard components
•Enhanced security options, enabling you to control precisely which permissions each user enjoys.
•Faster item searches with “Favorite Searches” and custom shortcuts
•Watch List sends you email alerts when a specific item arrives
•View images by batch with Quick Batch Summary

•Date query shows each batch processed for a given day
•Each transaction shows a “View” button to quickly display images.

•Reports on Demand – View intra-day data (current day queries) or end-of-day information (prior days)
•Scheduled Reports – Information ready when you are

Logging In During the Interim Period

While you and our other clients are being converted to the new Wholesale Lockbox system, the login process from cnb.com will change during the interim period. When you click the link you will land on a page that gives you the option of logging in to the old Wholesale Lockbox system (prior to your conversion) or the new, improved Wholesale Lockbox (post conversion).

How Do I Know When to Start Using the New System?

When you receive an email from City National Bank with instructions for accessing the new system, you may begin using the new system immediately. A link, one-time Access Code and temporary password will enable you to get started. NOTE: Your notification also provides the date by which you must stop using the old system and convert to the upgraded Wholesale Lockbox System.
