Your new Wholesale Lockbox Service provides you with significant advantages over the old system:

Logging In During the Interim Period

While you and our other clients are being converted to the new Wholesale Lockbox system, the login process from will change during the interim period. When you click the link you will land on a page that gives you the option of logging in to the old Wholesale Lockbox system (prior to your conversion) or the new, improved Wholesale Lockbox (post conversion).

How Do I Know When to Start Using the New System?

When you receive an email from City National Bank with instructions for accessing the new system, you may begin using the new system immediately. A link, one-time Access Code and temporary password will enable you to get started. NOTE: Your notification also provides the date by which you must stop using the old system and convert to the upgraded Wholesale Lockbox System.
