Real estate management for trusts & estates

Top-Tier Professionals And The Right Investment Strategies

At City National, we view real estate as an investment, not simply as property to be managed. That's why we give our trust clients the best of both worlds: top professionals for hands on management plus the right strategies to maximize the value of real estate assets.

We're ready to solve your most complex real estate issues
Our trust real estate professionals average 20 years of industry experience and are all designated Certified Property Managers (CPM®). They take pride in their reputation as out-of-the-box thinkers - one that comes from a track record of creatively solving unusual and complex real estate issues in a way that is in the best interest of the client. Importantly, our real estate professionals are especially skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution. Part of their role is to help clients successfully resolve conflicts that may arise from the competing interests of multiple parties.

We help with a single issue or ongoing services
The services we provide you will depend on your goals, the property in question and the terms of the trust or governing document. For example, you may want us to handle only one issue, or provide comprehensive and ongoing services. Regardless, we'll work closely with your existing management firms and other advisors to ensure a unified approach.

We help you get the most out of your real estate
Real estate is a key part of a portfolio - and we treat it that way. Our trust real estate officers are experts at property management, understand investment management and are experienced in handling trusts.
