Robin Burton

Robin L. Burton is a Senior Vice President and Team Lead Private Banker with City National Bank’s Private Banking team. Based in Washington, DC, Robin will lead the launch in building out our newest market to offer the bank’s full range of comprehensive banking solutions and strategic wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, professional services firms, nonprofit organizations, foundations and endowments.

Ms. Burton brings over 28 years of financial services experience with a specific focus on the law firm industry and high-net-worth entrepreneurs. Most recently, she spent three years with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, working on complex wealth planning, asset management, banking and credit needs for high-net-worth individuals and law firms. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ms. Burton spent 25 years as managing director with Citi Private Bank, focused on AM Law 100 and 200 clients as well as building out the law firm business in Atlanta and Philadelphia.

She earned her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
