Raymond Martinez

Raymond Martinez is a senior vice president and private banker with City National Bank’s Private Banking team and the Los Angeles team lead for the national Law Firm Group. He works with a team of experts to deliver the bank’s full range of financial solutions to prominent law firms across the country.

Mr. Martinez has more than 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients, law firms and attorneys at multinational banks. He started his career at Bank of America as a trust officer before working for the law firm groups at Union Bank and Citi Private Bank.

Mr. Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Columbia University in New York City. He maintains his CFA® Charter and has his Series 7 and 66 licenses. He has been a board member for the Fulfillment Fund empowering youth through education, and a TELACU mentor serving the disadvantaged in East Los Angeles.
