1. How do I find Market Value, Asset Allocation and Recent Transactions of my account(s)?
The My Accounts page provides you a snapshot of account(s) that you have with us including information such as Market Value, Asset Allocation, Recent Transactions and Top Accounts by Market Value. All Accounts’ Market Value, which is shown on the My Accounts page, is a grand total for all of your accounts. To view a snapshot of one account, or if you have more than five accounts with us, click “Show all” under “Accounts” and select the account you would like to view.

 

2. How do I view my Account Summary page and the account information?
From the menu bar, choose “Account Summary.” To view all account information, click on the dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the page and select “All Accounts” or a group name.

 

3. How do I find my Holdings Detail?
To view your Holdings Detail, navigate to the menu bar and click on “Holdings Detail.” The information, which displays on the Holdings Detail page, depends on your account level selection. You can change your account level selection by going to the dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the page and choosing between an account, all accounts or a group. The Asset Allocation chart summarizes the allocation of your assets as a percentage. If you click on each slice of the pie chart, you will jump to the selected security type section. You can customize your holdings view by clicking on the “All Holdings” dropdown menu on the left hand side underneath the pie chart and choosing your desired asset categories. You can find more details by clicking anywhere within the line of a particular security. The “As Of Date” field, which is located directly under the pie chart, allows you to view holdings “as of” a specific date in the past for a single account. Enter the desired date in the “As Of Date” field and click on “Get Holdings” to generate a new holdings report.

  

4. How do I view my transaction history?
Click on the menu bar icon and select “Transaction History.” On the “Transaction History” page, navigate to the dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the page and select an account. You can filter transactions by Asset Name or Asset ID, Date Range and Transaction Type. To search for a particular transaction by Date Range and Transaction Type, choose the “Date Range” and “Transaction Type” and click “Go.” To narrow down your search criteria, enter the Asset Name or Asset ID in the filter box at the top left hand side of the page and then click “Go.” You can find additional details by clicking anywhere within the line of transaction.

 

5. How do I download my Transaction History?
On the “Transaction History” page, click on the menu bar icon and select “Export” at the bottom of the list to save the file to your computer. You can also download Holdings Detail or Taxlot Detail information by navigating to the Holdings Detail or the Taxlot Detail page and following the same steps as described for downloading Transaction History.

 

6. How do I download a Quicken file?
Click on the menu bar icon and select “Download to Quicken.” Select the transaction date range and the account(s) that you would like to be included in the download file. Once you have completed your selections, click on the “Download to Quicken” button to save the file to your computer.

 

7. How do I print my Account Summary page?
On the “Account Summary” page, click on the menu bar icon and select “Print.” This functionality is available for each page.

 

8. How do I find Taxlot details of a particular asset?
Navigate to the menu bar, select “Taxlot Detail,” then select the “Jump To” section. Enter Asset Name or Asset ID in the “Jump To” field and click “Go.”

 

9. How do I access my 1099s and 5498s?
If your account produces 1099s and/or 5498s, you can access your Tax Forms by clicking on the menu bar icon and selecting “My Documents” and “Tax Forms.”

 

10. How do I add, modify or delete group(s) on the My Groups page?
You can add, modify or delete one group at a time.

  • Add a group: Click on “My Groups” in the menu bar and select the accounts that you would like to add and then move them to the “Selected Accounts” box. Enter the name of your group and click “Create.” Your group is now created and has been added to the dropdown menu on the My Accounts page.
  • Add an additional group: Choose the plus (+) icon link on the My Groups page to create more groups.
  • Modify a group: Select the specific group radio button under the Groups heading on the My Groups page, make the required changes, and then click “Save.”
  • Delete a group: Select the specific group radio button that you would like to delete, click “Delete” and confirm.
