1. What is Cardless Cash ATM access?
Cardless Cash ATM access allows you to conveniently withdraw money from your eligible City National personal checking account, without your physical City National Check Card, using the City National Mobile app at a Cardless Cash-enabled City National Bank ATM. Please note that your personal checking account must be the primary account linked to the Check Card.

2. Who is eligible to use Cardless Cash?
Any client with a City National Check Card that is linked to a personal checking account and enrolled in City National Online and City National Mobile may use Cardless Cash.

3. Where are Cardless Cash-enabled City National Bank ATMs located?
Cardless Cash is supported at all City National Bank ATMs that are located at City National Bank branch locations. You can use the “Find Cardless Cash ATMs” feature within the City National Mobile app to locate a Cardless Cash-enabled ATM near you or in a specified area.      

4. How do I access Cardless Cash in the City National Mobile app?
The Cardless Cash icon can be found in the “Move Money” ($) menu of the app for eligible deposit accounts.

5. Will I receive confirmation of my Cardless Cash transaction?
Yes. Once the cash has been dispensed and removed from the machine, the ATM will produce a printed receipt. An electronic confirmation will also be provided via the City National Mobile app.
