Signing up is easy!

Current Online Banking Users

  1. Log on to your account by clicking here
  2. From the "Accounts" tab, select "Statements" on the left navigation bar
  3. Click on the “change your statement delivery method” link
  4. For each displaying account, change Statement Delivery Method to "Online"

Non-Online Banking Users with a City National Deposit Account

  1. Sign up for Online Banking by clicking here
  2. When you register your accounts, select "Online" as your statement option

Switching to Online only statements helps to preserve our natural resources. It is better for you and better for the environment.

Online Statements also offer a variety of benefits including:

  • Safety and security: Over 80% of identity theft cases start with stolen paper statements, checks or bills
  • Convenience: Store and retrieve your statements online for up to 18 months*
  • Instant access: Receive an email notification as soon as your statement is ready

Note: By selecting "Online and Paper" you will continue to receive paper statements on a recurring basis, along with your Online Statement email notifications. The Online and Paper option does not qualify for a tree donation.

* Statements are available as a pdf. To retain statements for more than 18 months you may download and save the statements on your computer.
