Your City National E-Deposit Conversion Resource Page

City National Bank strives to offer clients both superior services and advanced technology, and we are pleased to announce our new and improved E-Deposit remote deposit capture service. We believe this new E-Deposit provides you with significant advantages over the prior system. For example:

  • Increased flexibility including true business-class mobile deposits and support for a wide array of scanners and multiple locations.
  • Ability to use both PC computers and Apple Mac computers interchangeably.
  • Enhanced security options, enabling you to control precisely which permissions each user enjoys.
  • Easier administration, shorter learning curves and expanded reporting options. You can add and maintain your users as well as your business locations.
  • Eliminates duplicates - As items are scanned, they are verified to prevent duplicates across the entire data base and not just your individual computer

What You Need to Do
When you receive an email from City National Bank with instructions on accessing the new system, you may begin using the system immediately. Temporary passwords for you and any other users will enable you to get started. NOTE: Your notification also provides the date by which you must stop using the old system and convert to the new E-Deposit system. PLEASE NOTE ALSO: Your deposit history will not convert so ensure you have retrieved any reports you may need prior to your conversion.

Logging In During the Interim Period
While you and our other clients are being converted to the new E-Deposit system, the login process from cnb.com will change during the interim period. When you click your link (E-Deposit or E-Deposit Mac) you will land on a page that gives you the option of logging in to the old E-Deposit system (prior to your conversion) or the new, improved E-Deposit (post conversion).
