Phillip Hsu

Phillip Hsu is a Senior Vice President and Private Banker with City National Bank’s Private Banking team.  Based in the New York office, he advises high-net-worth families on comprehensive wealth management strategies and solutions.

Mr. Hsu has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a management trainee at PaineWebber, and 21 years later departed its successor firm, UBS, as the central regional director for Private Wealth Management. He then joined HSBC as a senior relationship manager in its Private Banking division.

Phillip holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Columbia University and an MBA in finance from New York University. He is actively involved with the Adaptive Sports Foundation and the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund.  He is also fluent in Mandarin.
