Welcome to City National Business Essentials

City National's Business Essentials is replacing Business Online as your online banking platform.

Business Essentials uses the latest technology to provide powerful account and transaction management capabilities, enabling you to conduct business more efficiently.

The new platform maintains all of the standard functionality you currently enjoy, plus new features and benefits, including a dashboard view of your accounts, enhanced security, greater reporting flexibility and a user-friendly interface. 

 

What You Need To Do

Users

We’ll be transitioning users, accounts, and data from Business Online to Business Essentials over several weeks. There is nothing you need to do before Phase 1 other than validate your email address on file in Business Online, located under Setup > Change My Security Question. Your System Administrator will receive User IDs for all users, and you will receive a password before Phase 2.

During Phase 2, your System Administrator will work with you to ensure you are able to log in and access training resources.
