What is Treasury Net for Mobile?
Treasury Net for Mobile is a service that provides users access to some of the key functions of Treasury Net through the convenience of their mobile phone.

Do I need to download an application to my mobile phone?
No, because the service is web-based, it can be accessed from any mobile phone that is web-enabled.

Is there an additional fee for the service?
No, the service is free to all Treasury Net clients.  Please note that mobile carrier fees for data services may apply.

How is Treasury Net for Mobile different from Treasury Net?
Treasury Net for Mobile offers a more limited set of features than those generally available within Treasury Net when using a non-mobile phone, such as a desktop computer.  For example, the mobile version offers account balance and activity information, but account inquiries such as online statements and check images are not available in the mobile version. Also, you can make single transfers and payments from your mobile phone, but the option to make multiple transfers or multiple bill payments at once is not available in the mobile version.

How do I enroll for Treasury Net for Mobile?
No enrollment is required. The service is automatically available to Treasury Net clients and their system administrators. For users other than the system administrator, the system administrator must provide access to the service by entitling them.

How do I access the Treasury Net for Mobile?
Just go to cnb.com using the browser on your mobile device, select Treasury Net from our Mobile Services menu, and you're in.

What services can I access through Treasury Net for Mobile?
The mobile service offers access to view your deposit account balances and activity detail, make and approve transfers, make and approve bill payments, and search for City National branch and ATM locations. 

Is City National Treasury Net for Mobile accessible from outside of the United States?
Yes, as long as the mobile phone has a working Internet connection, a client can use Treasury Net for Mobile.

Account Access

What types of accounts can I access through Treasury Net for Mobile?
You can access any of your City National deposit accounts for balances and activity detail. However, you will not be able to access any of your City National loan accounts using Treasury Net for Mobile.

TRANSFERS

Can I make transfers with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, you can make transfers between your City National deposit accounts. Please note, the accounts must first be set up for transfers within Treasury Net.

Can I approve transfers with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, if your company has set up Treasury Net to require approval of transfers, any user with the Approve Transfers entitlement will see that option on his or her mobile phone and can approve or deny transfers.

BILL PAY

Can I make bill payments with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, you can make payments to any existing payee from your mobile phone. To add new payees, you must log on to Treasury Net from a non-mobile phone.

Can I approve bill payments with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, if your company has set up approval requirements for bill payments, any user with approval rights will see the Approve Payment option on his or her mobile phone and can approve or deny a bill payment.

Can I cancel a bill payment with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, you can cancel scheduled bill payments from your mobile phone. Each scheduled payment will display a Cancel Payment button until the bill payment  goes into processing.

WIRES

Can I make wire payments through Treasury Net for Mobile?
You cannot initiate wires with through Treasury Net for Mobile.  You must use a non-mobile phone, such as your desktop computer, to access the full Treasury Net site and initiate wire payments. However, you can review your wire list and if you are an approver or releaser, you can approve and release wires and wire batches through through Treasury Net for Mobile

Can I approve wire payments with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, you can approve wire payments through Treasury Net for Mobile. Any wires that need to be approved or released will be available under the Wire Approve/Release menu.

Can I release wire payments with Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, if you are responsible to release wires for your company, you can release wires through the mobile service.  To release the wire, you will be required to enter your security token passcode, so you will need to have your security token with you.

ACH

Can I make ACH batch payments through Treasury Net for Mobile?
You cannot initiate ACH batch payments through Treasury Net for Mobile. However, you can review your list of batches and if you are a releaser, you can release wires and wire batches through Treasury Net for Mobile.

Can I release ACH batch payments through Treasury Net for Mobile?
Yes, if you are responsible to release wires for your company, you can release ACH Batch payments through the mobile service. To release the batch, you will be required to enter your security token passcode, so you will need to have your security token with you.
