City National Bank Hires Daniel P. Brousseau as Head of Client Experience

LOS ANGELES – City National Bank, America’s Premier Private and Business Bank®, announced today that Daniel P. Brousseau, a highly regarded management consulting executive, has joined the bank as senior vice president and head of client experience.

In this newly created role, Brousseau will be responsible for the bank’s client experience strategy and implementation. He will report directly to Thomas Miller, executive vice president of Marketing and Product Strategies at City National.

Brousseau brings nearly 30 years of management consulting and industry experience to City National. Prior to joining the bank, he served as director in the customer experience practice at West Monroe Partners, where he worked with executives and their teams on client experience strategy, governance, experience design, customer insights and measurement, and organizational change. Brousseau also launched and led Forrester Research’s customer experience and digital strategy consulting practice globally.
