Linda Duncombe, City National’s chief marketing, product and digital officer, was recently a guest author on Salesforce’s “The 360 Blog,” where she wrote about corporate responsibility and how City National has stepped up for its clients, colleagues and communities during the pandemic. With a focus on adapting to the unprecedented changes and challenges of the past 21 months, she detailed City National’s journey toward becoming a platform for positive change, and toward becoming a true digitally enabled relationship bank.
“At City National, we call ourselves a digitally enabled relationship bank,” Duncombe wrote. “Everything starts and stops with our clients — that’s one of the big reasons why I was attracted to this organization.”
