Executives Named to American Banker’s "Most Powerful Women in Banking" List

Recent accomplishments highlight the importance of female empowerment when millions of women have left the workplace due to demands stemming from the ongoing pandemic.

The women of City National's Executive Committee have been named to American Banker's 2021 list of "Most Powerful Women in Banking – Top Teams." This marks the first time City National has been recognized in the publication's Top Teams list.

Mentioned in the list are six professionals who are critical to the bank's success: Kelly Coffey; Martha Henderson, executive vice president of Entertainment Banking; Lindsay Dunn, executive vice president of Real Estate Banking; Linda Duncombe, executive vice president and chief marketing, product and digital officer; Verna Grayce Chao, executive vice president in charge of Treasury Management Solutions; and Martha Tuma, executive vice president and chief colleague officer. Chosen for their excellence in performance and in promoting inclusiveness and fostering diverse representation of women, both in leadership and throughout the bank, these honorees constitute one of just five teams in the list.
