City National RSS: Terms of Use

TERMS OF USE

The City National Bank (CNB) Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Service (the RSS Service) is a means by which CNB.com makes available feeds of financial information and materials in XML format ("CNB-RSS Content") to you, a visitor to CNB.com (the "CNB Site") who uses RSS aggregators. These Terms of Use govern your use of the RSS Service. The use of the RSS Service also is subject to the Terms and Conditions published on the CNB Site which governs the use of the CNB Site and the information, content and services available through it. These Terms of Use and the CNB Site Terms and Conditions may be changed by CNB at any time without notice.

Use of Service Feeds:
The Service is a free service made available by CNB to individuals for private, non-commercial use. Any other use, including without limitation republication of the CNB-RSS Content without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited. You must access the CNB-RSS Content through the Service using the machine-readable list of the URLs (the Feed) provided by CNB, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links provided by CNB on or through a Feed URL.

Ownership/Attribution:
CNB or the indicated trademark or copyright holder retains all ownership and other rights in the CNB-RSS Content, and any and all CNB logos and trademarks used in connection with the Service. You must provide attribution to the CNB Site in connection with your use of a Feed. If you provide attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate CNB website's logo that we have incorporated into the Feed, including any trademark or copyright insignia.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:
CNB reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the Feeds at any time and to require you to cease using any or all of the Feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. CNB assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the Feeds or the CNB-RSS Content available through the Feeds or for your use of the Feeds or the CNB-RSS Content in any way.
