of Credit Service is easy. Just e-mail us at onlineLC@cnb.com
or call our International Department at (213) 347-2333,
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays).

Select feature located in the L/C menu on the left-hand side of the
screen.

Yes. CNB utilizes sophisticated encryption
technology to safeguard the privacy of your information, with multi-level
electronic signature protocols and security levels that you can tailor
to your company's individual needs.

How can I change my
password? |
 |
| A. |
Your password may be changed at any time,
and should be changed immediately if you suspect this information
has been compromised in any way. Click on the "Change Password" button
on the logon screen. Input your User Name and type your old password
in the Current Password field. Then type your New Password in both
the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Then click "Apply."

"Connection Lost." What should I do when I receive this message? |

This message indicates that the Internet
connection between your browser and CNB's Online Letters of Credit
Service has been broken. Please click the Reload/Refresh button (Netscape
uses "Reload," Microsoft Explorer uses "Refresh") in your browser,
and log in again.

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption
or Netscape 4.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption. The Macintosh
Platform is also supported.

For Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet
Explorer, there will be a "Help" option located along the top tool
bar of the browser. Click on "Help" and select either "About Netscape..."
or "About Internet Explorer..." and this will indicate which version
of the software is being utilized.
