To apply for access to City National Bank's Online Foreign Exchange Services, call our Foreign Exchange Department toll free at (800) 447-4133, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, and 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Friday.
