| Q. |
Are the transactions

 |
| A. |
Digital encryption technology is used to
provide 128-bit SSL encrypted messaging for your transactions. In
addition to the required browser encryption, user names and passwords
together with a digital certificate are used as another safety feature
to help ensure that your transactions on the Internet are safe and
secure. When you log on to CNB's Online Foreign Exchange service,
we authenticate your user name and password together with your digital
certificate. This information is known only by you and it is up to
you to keep this information secure.
|
 |
| Q. |
What is a Digital Certificate? |
 |
| A. |
A digital certificate provides an additional
level of identification between you and the bank as messages are sent
and received. CNB's Administrator assigns a customized certificate
so that only recognized users of CNB's Online Foreign Exchange service
are allowed access to the service. |
 |
| Q. |
How can I change my
password? |
 |
| A. |
Your password may be changed at any time
and should be changed immediately if you suspect this information
has been compromised in any way. Click the "Maintenance" button on
the left side of the screen. Click "Change Password". Enter your old
password in the "Old Password" field. Then enter your New Password
in both the "New Password" and "Verify New Password" fields. Then
click the "Change" button. You will be prompted to change your password
every 30 days. |
 |
