One Class at a Time

At City National we are committed to the communities we serve and encourage you to join our efforts to help children discover the joy of learning and to inspire them through education. City National Bank and FOX5, in partnership with the Clark County School District, are teaming up to help educators across Las Vegas through FOX5’s One Class at a Time.

Program Description

One Class at a Time is a teacher recognition program that awards teachers (within the Clark County School District only) $1,000 that they can use to enrich their students’ education.

Each month you can nominate a teacher who deserves recognition for his or her efforts. FOX5 and City National will present $1,000 to the selected teacher, who will be featured on a FOX5 news broadcast. Complete the application if you would like to nominate a teacher.

Use of Funds

Award may be used for projects tied to the enhancement of learning, including but not limited to the purchase of books, videos, CD's, DVD's, computer software and hardware and any other educational resources that will be specifically owned, used and distributed to a K-12 school in Clark County, Nevada. Award cannot be used for the following:Text Books, Professional Development, Capital Improvements or to satisfy a pledge or other financial obligations.
