Your Visa Platinum Check Card also acts as your City National ATM card. You can use your card to get cash from over 2 million ATMs worldwide wherever the STAR SYSTEM® or Plus® logos are displayed.
You can use your Visa Platinum Check Card at millions of merchants worldwide where Visa debit cards are accepted-including grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, hotels, amusement parks, even over the phone or the Internet.

It’s easy to get started. Visit your local City National banker, or call us at (800) 773-7100, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Pacific Time and Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
To report a card lost or stolen, please contact 1-800-895-3497.

good standing, and you have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorized use in the preceding 12 months. Zero Liability does not apply to PIN-based transactions or to business or other non-personal cards.
